Hotel value was very good
location is good
However, I mistook it for breakfast included, so I ate breakfast and charged it.
Trip.com says $24 per person.
The counter asked for $28.

The room is getting tired. The paint work needs looked at. The bed was comfortable but no air con so we had the fan on all night. The restaurant and bar are closed for most of this year due to being refurbished which meant no breakfast even though it was part of our deal. The cafe next door was good. Staff at check in and out were nice but if you want breakfast in the hotel book somewhere else. We had planned on eating in the hotel for dinner but had to walk to find somewhere to eat and after a long journey it was a bit off putting. The room was also facing into the car park and onto a busy road. It was noisy so ear plugs were needed.

Nice welcome, rooms larger and nicer than expected. Clean bathroom. Nice pool area, a bit shabby but nicer than expected.
Warm and friendly staff.
And then it came to sleeping - the room was a sauna, no aircon and with the door open it was noisy from the road. So hot in the room we had a terrible sleep. Really unfortunate as it could so easily be a totally ok 3 star hotel.
