總得來説非常差，要不是當時孩子要睡午覺，也不會訂這個房子，價格比以前附近同樣房型貴就算了，主要是設施陳舊，非常臟，沙發上全是沙子，房間還一股黴味，房東態度非常差，還沒到12點就開始趕人，剛一入住就説第二天12點必須退房，第二天10:30就發訊息來催促退房，11點左右右問什麼時候退房，真的，住過大大小小的酒店，沒見過這樣的，懶得跟這樣的人理論，第二天早上吃了早餐，沒等孩子睡午覺就直接開車走了，雖然説是正常12點退房，但是一般都可以延遲1個小時半個小時吧？也從來沒遇見，沒到時間就趕人的我當時訂的時候價格就非常貴，相比周邊同等酒店應該是最貴的，所以才沒人訂吧，我是孩子着急睡午覺就訂了…以後再去也不會訂這家了…

剛進來沙發就有沙子，廁所也不乾淨，床上也有小飛蟲，櫃子貼着封條，有點嚇人，老闆服務還可以，但是奈何衞生環境設施都不行，圖片上和實際居住的不太一樣，傢俱也不是圖片上那種，位置方便旁邊有吃飯的還有超市也可以租電動車，希望衞生方面還可以提高。

房東人超級好，給我們升級了無敵海景房，270度看海真是絕絕子。還帶我們去附近的日月灣和仙女潭玩兒，各種講解當地美景美食，簡直是神仙房東，體驗感非常棒，下次來還住這家🥳🥳

房東老闆很大氣，給我們升級了兩室兩衞，太方便了。房子很大，小區有泳池，離海很近，步行十分鐘。周圍吃飯離的也不遠。就是蚊子比較多，估計這邊都這樣吧。
