其實各項硬件都還滿意，但衞生間的洗澡水流不出去，房間黴味較重，服務員説沒有，一個晚上都沒睡好，早上5點多就起床，噪子不舒適，走時同服務員説了，叫他們改進

到達旅館後發現前台無人在崗，想上衞生間都沒地方上。在大廳等了大約半小時，前台小姐終於來了，我問她為什麼這麼久，她的理由是幫客人開電視去了，理由我可以接受，但是態度極其傲慢，一句道歉的禮貌用語都沒有，體驗感非常差。
