酒店工作人員很熱情，有需要的時候幫你及時完美得處理問題，有接送服務很方便～酒店裡面有室內小童泳池和室內小童樂園。
離美食商業街和海邊都不遠，小朋友挖沙不亦樂乎！

可以説是目前住過最值、人性化最好的一家酒店了，無論從服務到設施設備，細節做到超級細心的。是看到好評選的這家酒店，和朋友也超級好奇為何好評率會這麼高，真的衹有你入住了，你才能理解！辦理入住時，前廳接待員幫我們拿行李，給我們倒茶水，讓我們坐着休息，然後拿我們身份證去辦理入住，流程也很快。家裡有小朋友，想着下次帶過來體驗一下，就讓管家帶我們去參觀酒店了，酒店不大，但是該有的都有！裏面的娛樂設備都是免費使用的，最讓我們驚喜的是2層的親子房，還有小童的遊玩設備，可以説是一個小型的遊樂場了，適合下雨天不方便出門，也不會覺得無聊，已經説好啦，下次一定帶小孩過來體驗一下，還有他們的服務真的耐心、細心，每次你下樓都能看到前台小哥哥小姐姐在電梯樓等你，主動跟你打招呼。我們跟他説要去燈塔，他還送我們過去租電瓶車，還幫我們砍價，外出還提醒我們噴防曬噴霧！超細心。真的很值，早餐、下午茶、晚餐都含的一家酒店，菜品也很好吃。外出住酒店，總體來説我還是很擔心衞生環境的問題，但是在管家介紹時和我們看整體房間衞生，真的很乾凈！房間裏有浴缸，還提前準備好了浴缸膜、浴鹽，管家還發了周邊的景點，能一目瞭然看清路線，就算來不及做攻略，到酒店後看管家發的介紹也能知道要去哪裡玩了！真的體驗感超級好、超級棒！暑假還有趕海活動，正好帶小孩過來玩！

真的太喜歡這家酒店啦，滿滿的安全感，酒店不大，但是啥都有，管家專門打電話過來幫忙預約下午茶，給人一種儀式感拉滿！入住酒店時管家很貼心幫我們拿行李、送我們回房間，都不用你去問餐廳的位置、周邊的景點，管家一路給你介紹的很詳細，還微信分享周邊好玩的景點。我們是自駕過去的,但是五一期間人很多，管家細心的提示周邊景點不好停車，可以送我們過去，回來時再來接我們，對我們的服務照顧可以説是無微不至特別貼心，打掃房間的美女也很貼心，送水果時發現我朋友身體不舒服，還主動為我朋友煮了一杯紅糖姜水，房間的設施設備也很齊全！最讓我想不到的是吹風機是戴森的！浴缸還提前準備好了浴缸膜。酒店的每一處、每一個工作人員真的真的非常好，處處為你着想，給人一種專門為你一個人服務的。還有去餐廳用餐時，還會提前幫你選好第二天的早餐，種類還挺多的，強烈推薦雞湯酸粉，可以説非常好吃！贈送的晚餐套餐也非常多，當我們以為上餐結束了最後還上了兩份甜點。就連退房時還送了椰子、伴手禮給我們，真的一點都不輸給其他酒店，下次還住這家酒店，服務特別棒！非常感謝帥哥美女的貼心照顧！！

主打一個感受：服務太好了吧！！！
真的有賓至如歸的感覺，服務細緻入微，超級受到關注。
楊總經理特別温柔，把我們全家帶到房間還在陽台給介紹各處風景，第二天竟然親自給顧客砍椰子。
餐廳樑女士服務太專業了，訂餐上餐均語言輕柔，動作標準，記得住顧客的各種需求温馨提示，配得上5星標準的服務。
大堂陳女士和客房沒記住名字的女士，每次都把客人恭送到送到電梯，竟然還帶顧客去十多公里的無人海灘挖螃蟹，累的滿頭大汗還幫顧客拿好多東西，一人身兼多職，每個角色都做的很到位。挖了很多螃蟹最後被大家一致意見放生了，還給我們準備了沙灘煙花秀，太棒了吧！
特別值得一提的是，因為和客房服務員問過一次撿貝殼地點，她竟然在次日給我帶來一個好看的貝殼，真是把客人的每句話都放在心上，超級受重視的感覺。
住的也很舒服，配套設施還有洗衣機和烘乾機，在海島玩省了不少事，真方便。
小童遊樂區都是不需要投幣免費的，裝飾的像個童話森林，孩子很滿意。
