酒店的前台Venture服務非常好，在我還沒到店時就跟我對接，聽取了我的需求。並且幫我安排好。有問必答的服務。酒店的親子活動比較豐富，孩子非常喜歡。可以託管到點就去接。唯一美中不足的是，酒店的裝修有點兒舊，需要重新裝修升級一下。這樣體驗感會更加。

酒店前台Stephen服務真的是太好了，太貼心了，這次去海南住了七個酒店，但是讓我最印象深刻的就是艾美了，酒店稍微有點老，講真的，但是挺乾淨服務征服了我，挺用心的，孩子方方面面都考慮到了，牙刷拖鞋挖沙玩具 還有每天不同的課，課程準備的很用心，不像之前住過的酒店就在應付的感覺。

帶崽和父母一起出遊，去年因為臨時有變，沒來成，今年還是首選艾美。
酒店有直達的私人沙灘，沙灘很乾凈，這個時間段的人還挺少的，白天去神州半島玩，看了一起那邊的海岸線，果然好是石梅灣的好啊～🤣
酒店前台Venture在我們入住前就聯繫我們，確認好入住時間，併為我們推薦了酒店的親子遊玩項目和周邊的美食，隨時都能聯繫的到他且住店期間為我們解決了很多問題，感謝Venture給了我們這麼好的入住體驗，沙灘玩具、小童泳圈免費使用，小朋友超級開心。
