實名誇一下服務。酒店有一對一管家，誇誇我的管家Tina，超級貼心，訊息秒回，所有的服務都很及時周到！房間設施：
設施雖然不新，但是卻很乾凈，適合親子，很多活

前台免費升級了海景房，窗簾拉開就能看見海，景色很不錯，走到海邊衹要5分鐘，特別表揚一下管家john，晚上12點到的酒店還特別貼心的發了很多攻略，而且幫我們申請了早餐和延遲退房，體驗非常好，下次有機會還會住福朋！

在入住前一天會有工作人員聯繫提前問好到店時間，並且安排酒店管家添加微信，感謝Don管家，帶小朋友入住還幫升級了房間，贈送了入住水果以及一些小零食，還幫預約酒店贈送的小朋友娛樂活動，感受到了熱情的服務，喜歡酒店的環境出門就是海，以及酒店親子主題活動（不需要到處跑景點在酒店就能玩得很開心），讓小朋友和我在入住居住體驗感很好，如果再來，一定會再來入住。

這次帶着家人來神州半島的福朋喜來登酒店，之前就被朋友安利過這家酒店。酒店位置就在神州半島內 ，環境很好，管理非常人性化。和媽媽一起來玩 訂的園景標間，入住時，酒店管家Don給我們升級成了海景套房。房間包含的一份早餐，Don見我和媽媽兩個入住又給我們多申請了一份。入住送水果盤，退房還有伴手禮，整體服務很貼心周全。自助早餐種類齊全，酒店拍照巨出片，還能看到網紅燈塔，沙灘上有日落餐廳，非常愜意。PS：淡季出行實在太棒了。

管家Angela很好，有什麼問題都及時回覆，休假都還在回答我的問題！房間比我想象中乾淨衞生，也沒有網上説的那麼舊，泳池旁邊就是科諾娜日落餐吧，沙灘也很乾凈，整體都很好！説個跟酒店設施服務沒關係的事（那個旅拍真的是很差勁，打着哈欠懶洋洋要理不理的問你想怎麼拍，在哪裡拍，之前去三亞威斯汀和紅樹林人家都狠熱情指導動作什麼的，這個我就拍了十分鐘左右就走了，他那樣也是影響心情不想拍了，當然這個本來也是免費的，掙不到錢，也可以理解，但是萬一拍好了，人家就買了照片或者訂了旅拍呢？反正這個攝影師不敢推薦）其他都非常好，沒什麼不滿意的！
