房子乾淨整潔温馨，一進門就有種回家的感覺。房東雖然未見到面，但是在入住之前，就給我們安排的明明白白的，入住方式、周邊環境、吃喝玩樂攻略詳細的不得了，家中的設施也是超級贊，想要啥就有啥，真所謂“七步之內必有解葯”，感覺這個房子像是哆啦a夢辦的。對了，房子是兩衞，簡直不要太方便。唯一的遺憾就是下手晚了，沒能訂到全程的住宿，衹能略帶遺憾的搬去下一家住了。下次來萬寧我一定提前定！

吃飯、海邊步行距離可到，窗外即可看海，小區地理位置很好。
房東什麼都考慮到了，針線盒，小童餐椅，小童玩沙工具，油鹽醬醋米，遮陽帽有好幾款，鋼琴等等，家裡什麼都有，很便捷。
房東服務很好，有問必答，有要求會很熱情地滿足。
兩室兩衞，一家人出行很舒適，房東家後續的日期都訂滿了，不然還想多住幾天。

位置很好找，周圍也有很多吃的，離海邊很近，房子衞生乾淨整潔，很温馨，房間裏就可以看到大海，洗衣服晾衣服也很方便，廚房設備齊全，還可以自己做飯，房東小姐姐人很好，熱情安排有任何問題也都很熱情的幫忙，很不錯哦，超棒！

房間位置好，下樓走五到十分鐘就有吃喝一條街，海邊就在一條街對面，雖然陽台看一條街近在咫尺，可惜小區太大，要走一段，哈哈。小區外有公交站，小區裏還有泳池、親子樂園和業主食堂，房間有兩個衞生間，不搶廁所的感覺棒棒噠，最重要的是，房東居然備齊了娃的挖沙全套玩具，廚房甚至連油鹽醬醋全都有，雖然我沒開火沒用上，但是可見用心了，這家帶娃住簡直不要太方便，唯一就是樓下晚上七點到九點會有廣場舞，但是窗户關上就沒事了，隔音效果還挺好。
🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東是隨時問啥都秒回，簡直懷疑是24小時抱着手機在。
這家民宿已經推薦給朋友了

這是我在海南住過最好的民宿了，房間和圖片完全一致，我就不額外上圖了，房間裏各種用品齊全，不但可以自己煮飯，居然還可以自己做手工咖啡☕。房間硬件設施保養的也挺好的，各處都挺新挺乾淨，真的有家的感覺，不像三亞那邊圖片和實際差異很大。和其他酒店民宿相比，這裏從小區北面的邊門走到海灘，已經算比較近的了。房東很熱情，提前發來了很長很長的入住指南，詳細説明瞭一些房間設施情況，以及小區周邊的生活和遊玩建議，實屬周到至極。

住的太舒心了！房東姐姐知道我們是帶孩子過去生活一段時間的，所以把周邊的超市、市場、以及如何走小區南門到海邊等等都跟我們説得極其詳細，讓我們沒走彎路。房間處處都透露着女人的優雅和細緻，住起來舒服極了。高贊！👍
