It has been a dream birthday for me and my friends. Manager Revan staff Merry & Feifei really made our day in the most beautiful way possible... with an awesome upgrade, late check out and many lovely attentions, complimentary drinks and cake. I have rarely seen this level of service. We will definitely come back and stay longer to enjoy the weather, the gorgeous food for breakfast and meet again with the friendliest staff... A big fat thank... and a 5 stars from top to bottom. Definitely foreigners friendly !

Very good stay at Westin Shimeiwan. The beach is clean but you cannot swim. The 50 meters long pool was really a plus. The hotel offers a wechat concierge service. 小徐同学吖offered very customized and caring services. Riyuewan with surf clubs and restaurants are 10mn drive away. Very convenient location.

Fantastic stay at The WESTIN. We came off-season and it was very quiet however service was on point and the staff super efficient, all restaurants opened and all activities available. The kids club is very clean and great for babies to just stroll around. Butler Revan did everything for us to spend a perfect stay with our 8mo old baby, upgraded us to the most beautiful Ocean view and got us beautiful cars with baby car seat for our car travels. Breakfast have a lot of western/Chinese options, super fresh and variations in the menu everyday so it’s not boring. The beach is clean, swim/surf possible (nice beach break). Everything is quite new and well maintained, and the staff is very helpful, most of them are English speaking which makes everything easier. Already thinking about our next trip.

You can also ask the staff at the lobby concierge for a set of children's sand digging tools for free, so you don't need to bring or buy them yourself! If you don't want to go out to eat, you can eat well in the hotel. 1. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor mainly serves Hainanese cuisine, seafood and Cantonese cuisine. The business hours are 11:30-14:30 and 17:30-21:30. 2. The Zhiwei Western Restaurant on the first floor serves Western cuisine from 6:30-23:00. 3. The Coastline Restaurant on the first floor serves steaks from 18:00-21:30. Recently, there is also a buffet, 298 per person. 4. The Taste Restaurant on the second floor serves Huaiyang cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, noodles and seafood hot pot. The business hours are 11:30-14:30 and 17:30-21:30. 5. I chose the latter between Le Méridien and Westin because its lobby design is more advanced. I originally booked two nights, but because of the rainy weather, I couldn't take photos. I was planning to come to Shimei Bay, Wanning in November 2020, and I also booked the Westin, but it was cancelled due to the typhoon. Four years have passed in a flash, and this time I finally made the trip. It was a very good experience. The housekeeper Alice helped with the arrangements before departure, and the service was very thoughtful. In Shimei Bay, I experienced clear skies, strong winds and heavy rains, and saw rainbows after the rain. I also saw the long-lost starry sky at night, which was unforgettable. Shimei Bay is really a comfortable place to sit and daydream.

Before check-in, the housekeeper called and added WeChat to contact us to see if we had any requirements for the room and tried to meet our needs as much as possible. If we needed anything during the stay, we could contact the housekeeper directly and they would solve it one by one.
