The overall environment is good, but it was a bit noisy at night. We checked in after 8 PM. The room must have just been cleaned before we arrived; the cleaning lady probably didn't wring out the mop because the entire floor was covered in water. The pictures show what it looked like five hours later. The front desk said it was due to dampness, but I think it was just poorly cleaned.

The room type is very spacious, and the kitchen and balcony doors and windows allow for north-south ventilation, so you don't even need to turn on the air conditioning. The best part is that cooking in the kitchen here is an absolute joy.

The sea view from the window was a bit obstructed by a derelict building in front, but it was still beautiful overall. There's a washing machine and a kitchen, and it's actually quite spacious for one person. The value for money is good. The problem is that on the first day I moved in, I found water and dirty footprints on the bathroom floor. I contacted the cleaner, but when I came back from surfing, it hadn't been cleaned. The next day, after the cleaner finished tidying up, the bathroom fan was turned off and wouldn't turn back on, no matter how many times I pressed the switch. It felt like a persistent bad smell in the bathroom that wouldn't go away. However, when I called for help, someone did come to check it out, but their problem-solving ability could definitely be improved.

The room was spacious and well-designed, with a lovely view of the lighthouse across the bay. It's super close to the beach, and they even have charging stations right outside the hotel, which is really convenient if you rent an electric scooter or bike. The hotel also offers activities like fishing, crabbing, and paddleboarding. Plus, there's a yacht marina right next door and shared electric scooters available for rent. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Lingshui.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely come again.
