房屋很環境很好，很安靜，就是出行沒車的話就不太方便了。但是白天打車也是很方便的。房東解決問題很及時。要是能配套租車業務就好了。

總體來説還不錯，小區環境優美，安靜，到海邊步行差不多10分鐘左右，出行有私家車會非常方便，租車也行。
這邊沒有島上其他地方的潮濕，對於北方的我們來説剛剛好，温度適宜，變短袖不熱，來點小風超涼爽，小區內獨棟別墅也很多，小區很大，容積率低，人不多，個人認為在這個到處都是🐏的時期人少了非常有安全感

整體感覺很哇塞！環境很不錯👍房間寬敞明亮，佈局我很喜歡 💕各種設施都很到位，什麼都有～感覺真拎包入住，我都後悔帶那麼多東西啦,位置好找環境便利非常好停車，買東西吃東西很方便,衞生也很滿意乾淨整潔～服務很熱情也特別周到，下次來還會光顧的～非常棒的入住體驗❤️
