第二次來住了，前台熊貓還在，服務依舊很好，設施完善還有進步這是沒想到的，衞生沒得説，很乾凈很舒心，下午茶很好吃，喜歡冰沙和芒果，奧利奧的甜點我好喜歡哈哈哈

很棒～～～因為到得比較早房間還沒打掃完，給我們免費升了房間，太棒了～環境什麼的都很舒適，管家特地拉了個羣聊幫我們解決問題
這個泳池別太舒服，出片率超高的
前台小哥哥小智服務也很nice！給我們租電車還免費了幾個小時
下次來日月灣還住他們家！

酒店在日月灣，環境設施包括洗漱用品都沒得説，前台也很熱情，還有晚安牛奶，整個公共區域也很舒適，很想一直坐着發呆，時間原因沒有游泳有點小遺憾。酒店還可以送去沙灘玩，很方便。這次唯一的小問題就是房間客廳空調有問題，晚上沒辦法解決，換房間衹有雙床了，而且溝通中也不是很熱情，還好床邊的空調是好的。希望更好哦，下次還願意再來的

房間很大，設施也完善，住了三天，管家提供的服務很細緻，早餐豐富，晚上有牛奶，距離日月灣沙灘約1公里，步行可以過去，管家也提供車免費接送，游泳池還不錯！
