We stayed in a standard twin room. Smoking is allowed, but we don't smoke, so we chose this smoking room, and the smell of cigarettes was really strong. Smokers can choose this smoking room, after all, there are very few smoking rooms in Japan. It's only two or three minutes away from Warabi Station, and the Keihin Tohoku Line runs through the main points of Tokyo, so the traffic is very good. Narita and Haneda Airport are all only once transit. It's a hotel worth it enough considering the economics.

The room is overall good, but not bad. There is a pantry for light cooking. (please keep it clean) I knew in advance that the breakfast was very simple, and I had read negative reviews from other people, so I was mentally prepared and didn't think there was anything bad about it. At least the guests didn’t leave hungry and could go elsewhere to enjoy a rich breakfast!

The hotel and the public bath are both great!!! The front desk staff were also very polite I would love to stay here again♪ There was also a relaxing space on the second floor They also offered massages, so I was very satisfied

The service was very good. If I checked in late, I just called and said what time it would be. The room was very clean and there was no smell. There were many Japanese people staying there. Reasonable price and convenient travel. It’s so comfortable to live by yourself! The environment is also very quiet. Although it is next to the station, it does not affect your rest.

The hotel is nice and very near the JR train station. It come with breakfast and very convenient. The staff are friendly even they try using google translator to communicate to us and treat us very well. Wife and boy got some packs each for them and happy with the kind gesture from them. The room is quite big and clean and overall very happy with the stay and totally recommended to stay.

Due to an unexpected flight delay, I had to wait until after 2am. Still, I was grateful for the polite response. I've been using this hotel for the past 8 or 9 years because it's close to the station and makes it easy to get around the next day.

First of all, the customer service at the reception was very good and I thought it was good to make a reservation here. And the room was very clean and nice. It was a floor where the child slipped when spending time with socks and slippers, so I spent barefoot, but it was still beautiful. It was also within walking distance from the station and was saved. There was a big screen, and the children were happy. (For some reason it was a purple screen all the time.)
