The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We had initially booked a Premier Plus room and needed two cots for our twin toddlers, so I called ahead to confirm, as we've had issues with only one bed in the past. During the call, the receptionist identified that the Premier Plus room might be too small for our needs and proactively reallocated us to a much larger family room. At check-in, the receptionist recognized our booking and made a special effort to engage with our toddlers, which we greatly appreciated. We were also given access to the complimentary Ultimate WiFi, and I’m glad we didn't pay for it because the connection was disappointingly poor. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to provide mattresses for the travel cots, allowing parents the discretion to use them if they wish.
