The staff at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Wareham Buzzards Bay made our honeymoon delightful! From Cynthia at the front desk to Donna in the breakfast room (as well as Kelley), the customer service was outstanding during our entire trip. I learned that the entire hotel had very recently been renovated, which was evident in our cozy, clean, well-decorated room. We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding and we were very happy, the newer hotel is clean and comfortable, the rooms are a great size and include a full kitchen. Bette at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful getting us all checked in and whenever we had a question. Kelley in the breakfast room was also very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Eljean/Algene? (I apologize I didn't see her name written and the person at the desk this morning spelled it the first way so unsure if that's right or not) Was working last night and was an absolute sweetheart. I saw her a few times since I popped in for a snack and also coffee a few times. She handled all the few curve balls I saw with flawless execution, was friendly, and welcomed us back having sort of remembered us from the last time we were here! Honestly besides that the beds are so comfortable? They give you so many amenities and offer to give you free replacements if you forget anything integral to your stay for grooming or what have you. While I didn't use it, the pool looked lovely as well. Breakfast was good as always, Charlie was friendly and attentive to the food, greeting everyone with cheer and making sure if anyone needs help with anything that he was available. Also the wholesome farms brand of milk they serve is just really good? Basically a great stay. Ty y'all.

I went here to go to my Grandmother's funeral so it was an emotional time for my family. All the staff were pleasant. I noticed Cynthia was always working. She especially went out of her way to be helpful and supportive. She really cares for people. The hotel has been newly remodeled and is so clean and gorgeous. For the price you get a 5 star kitchenette with all appliances that is great if you don't want to eat out even though you're near many restaurants. What a great location just off Interstate 195 Exit 39.
