Standard food without any fireworks, typical, neither positive nor negative, there is everything that should be on the table. The service in the restaurant is very young, not very experienced, but trying to please every customer. There are no amenities

We enjoyed our stay at the best western in Olsztyn! We were there for four nights and the hotel is in a convenient spot close to the old town and different restaurants. The air conditioning in our room did not always work well, but luckily the temperature was cool while we were there and we could just open the windows. The rooms are pretty small, but the beds are comfortable and it was clean, we did not spend that much time in the hotel room anyways. The breakfast was tasty and overall we enjoyed our stay!

L'hotel è nello standard della sua categoria ma ci sono molti dettagli che andrebbero rivisti: le tende sono poco oscuranti (alle 5 hai chiaro in camera!), il bagno é piccolo ma il problema è il posizionamento del lavabo a pochi cm dalla parete e come se non bastasse dallo stesso lato hanno messo anche il phon a muro ! Nella doccia non c'è alcun portasapone o appoggio; le prese elettriche sono tutte raso terra, manca il frigobar, la cassaforte è messa praticamente rasoterra ( qui ci vuole della fantasia!!) Ma il resto è tutto ok... Il prezzo é un po' alto rapportato a quanto offerto

Excellent breakfast, best we had. The lunch and dinner menu was good but limited. We liked the room, but was a little warm one night. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Both the service and the hotel itself fully meet my travel expectations. I was greeted very nicely, all the hotel staff were available, smiling and gave the impression of being available and willing to help. The breakfast is very rich and varied and the dishes are very tasty. I definitely recommend!

A very good hotel clean a good selection at breakfast .rooms very clean comfy beds .Close to city centre the staff on reception were friendly my only complaint was that there was only one English channel on the TV with was bbc World news I would like at least 1 English speaking channel other than the news
