Elevator did not work during entire visit. After telling us this, they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. Did not have enough rooms keys to give us 2 which became an issue when making plans with family. There was food on the floor by the mini fridge. The beds were HORRIBLE.

Room was fine, but the breakfast was not that good. I should have made a waffle instead of having the eggs and sausage. My wife drinks decaf only and she said it tasted like it was leftover from the day before.

This place was 20x nicer than the doubletree by Hilton at sea world in Florida. Definitely will stay again
