The property is undergoingg major renavation with trailers taking up many parking spaces. Our room was dated with a couch that was threadbare. The room had no USB ports. The WiFi was painfully slow. We stayed on a Saturday, but when I requested another room with USB ports and stronger Wi-Fi I was told there were no rooms available. Further, I was told there were many guests using WiFi which slows the speed drastically. I’m a big Laquinta Inn fan but will scratch the Warner Robbins, Georgia facility from my list.

The night staff that checked us in was fantastic! The room was absolutely spotless. It’s so refreshing to find a hotel room that is truly clean and comfortable. As a housekeeping manager of an upscale hotel, I’m a hard critic of rooms. This one was definitely 5 stars clean and super comfy!

I checked out before writing my comments on my one star review. My daughter and granddaughter arrived late on April 18th & had to stop due to baby. Though the check in clerk was very very nice but due to renovations had only a suite left. We had no choice due to being 1:am. Though it was clean, the room reeked of smoke. I was up all night coughing and didn’t get any sleep. We complained to front desk when we left and though apologetic, nothing else. I do admit I thought they would offer compensation for the inconvenience. Especially if we checked in for a few hours of sleep of which we were not able to get. before having to leave on the morning My daughter wanted to complain as we opened the door but due to the nature of time and only room they had left we decided to tell them in am. I

I only stayed one night, but I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean - the bathroom was, as well, but I believe it’s ready for a makeover - especially the tub. I do wish there was a bigger area to walk and potty dogs. ————————————————————————————-

I requested first floor because of my injured leg The hotel wasn’t busy but I still didn’t get first floor. Tv didn’t work elevator didn’t work through out our stay and I had to go up and down the fire stairs all day. It’s awful!
$100 deposit had to pay and ******* didn’t mention anything about it! Breakfast too short and everything was gone quickly. Pool indoor but extremely cold. Will not go back there

Everything was great, until we came downstairs and saw a woman and her big dog by the coffee machine. Other than that the staff was nice and friendly. I did get a notification about our keys would be ready at desk if I used the check-in on the app, but that was not true. The guy at the front desk said he wasn't aware of that .
