Excellent

Great value for money, fun indoor pool, free breakfast, seperate bedroom for the kids, clean and comfortable. Recommend for a trip to Ballarat on a budget.

Clean quite room with plenty of space for the children, beds were very hard, everyone woke up sore in the morning including the children, tv was very old, not a smart tv or anything, not the best for the kids. have to leave aircon on otherwise room was very stuffy

We stayed here for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised with a box of breakfast items including bread, cereal milk, toast toppings and fruit boxes and then topped up day 2, which was a such a treat and so appreciated. Family enjoyed the pool. Had a washing machine and dryer. Would stay again. Friendly and helpful staff!

Hotel room was not what was expected, the pictures online looked great, clean, modern, however very underwhelming and gross in person. Stains on the carpet, bathroom needed a thorough scrub as well as a deep clean, there was dust, mould, things stuck to the walls, dirty soap holders. It it safe to say i didnt want to touch anything. The shower didnt have a gradual fall to the drain, it had such a steep slope down to the drain which made it dangerous to just stand there as there was no flat surface in there. Almost slipped when getting out! For the cost of the stay for 1 night, very disappointing. Coffee was crap, sponge, dish brush and tea towel dirty and didnt look changed from the last people in the room.

everything is satisfied. heater and electric blankets work well. Staffs are really friendly too.

Lovely clean motel that was comfortable for our family’s 2 night stay. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Great restaurant on site which is convenient, nice food and good prices. The only feedback i have is that the bathroom exhaust fan in our room was really loud even with the door closed. We avoided turning on the bathroom light in the middle of the night as it would’ve woken the kids. Apart from that it was a great stay and we will be back!

A quiet place to stay. Having 2 bedroom apartments is great for families. Staff are very helpful.

Highly recommend for families. Simple brekky items provided which was a lovely touch. Inside Pool was nice and warm; kids enjoyed it as we visited during a super cold weekend. Easy and convenient comms with property manager via text.

Staff friendly & helpful! Some area’s in room have been refurbished with a little more to do ! However very clean,spacious & had everything you need ! Shower pressure & adjustment poor ! Pool great for our grandson’s !

Old and tired but trying its best. Bed was comfortable but biggest problem was woeful shower. Silly use of water saving shower head with no pressure. Check in w a s good and easy despite late arrival. Wouldn't take too much effort to upgrade to a 4 star property

Loved the light and heater on with late check in. Loved also the prima drinks and the restocking of them. The facilities were perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pretty average motel, ok for the price. Needs some upgrades. Was noisy as on the main highway, but you would expect that, but that makes it easy to access and when leaving to no need to get out of town.

The kids loved the heated pool and the manager was very friendly and happy to answer all of my questions
