If I could rate this place a zero I absolutely would. Nasty room with make up on the pillowcase huge spiderwebs on the doorways with big spiders in them and the hallways were falling apart never in my life would I ever stay here again I would rather sleep in my car asked for a receipt upon check out but was told the credit card machines were down last night but they no problem taking the money from my card. I will be calling the corporate office and complaining. 100 for that room was ridiculous

Came for family wedding. Disgusting…. Internet don’t connect, phones don’t work, they don’t answer the phone at the desk had to call reservations to get them to call front desk for them to answer. Explained the phones not working and was told they couldn’t fix it. Asked about internet was given password explained it doesn’t give the option to enter a password when connecting, clerk was rude and said “my computer and phone connected, try again. I do t know what to tell you.” killed 2 big spiders within 20 mins of each other. One was under the desk the other on the bed. last night aunt woke up to a big roach crawling around. Fridge has odor, dingy linen/ towels, Aunt had to go hand pick from the maid. Now I have to shake my clothes and bag to make sure there’s no bugs in my suitcase before leaving.

This place is not cleaned regularly. I was put into three different rooms and by the third room we decided to get our own cleaning supplies and bedding. Poop stains on the toilet from previous guests. Dried urine on the toilet edge and seat. Trash not emptied. Shower was just used prior to our very late night check in, still had a wet and dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. Hair and stains on all bedding (both rooms). In-laws were staying on the property in a different room and had the same experience. Very VERY dirty place.

Unfortunately we will never stay here again nor recommend to family/friends. Next time I will research and read reviews better.

Bed pillow had what appeared to be a drop of blood on the pillow case which went through to the pillow so you know it had not been changed. Sheets didn’t appear to be fresh. There was only one hand towel and that had crusted stuff on it and stains. Same with the wash cloth, old and dirty. Oh and that free breakfast from 7 to 10, we arrived at 9 and they were out of literally everything, even coffee. We were told they were bringing more out so we waited 10-15 mins and nothing came out, not even a fresh pot of coffee, so we left.

Place was nasty. Holes in walls, ceilings coming down, dirty sinks, bathrooms dirty. Blow drys in most rooms do not work and fall off the wall. Terrible experience

Who ever cleans the rooms go a horrible job. . I honestly don’t know where to start. Well the first room they put us in was so dirty . It even has a lot of hair on and around the sink. Part of the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom. Floors were dirty and the faucet and the mirrors look like they were never touched. And there was much more. So they put us in another room by again… whoever cleans must not know how to clean or needs glasses. Looks like the might be cleaning the mirrors with a dirty towel or something. Again floors were dirty. The whole place needs to cleaned and updated. Walks are very nasty and should have been painted a long time ago. The owner obviously doesn’t care about his business.

Rooms need to be cleaned better!!!!
Had no toilet paper….in two nights I had to get 6 keys due to malfunction.
Staff was awesome helping with keys etc but facility is not clean at all

Great customer service, room was clean, pool was open which I feel is rare nowadays for some reason. $100 for two queen beds and a large room. Came to VA for a wedding at a nearby vineyard and this about as close as I could stay for a good price; very glad they were able to accommodate me! -Erik
