ZERO STARS If you need an ADA room, don't go here. If you already have a reservation for an ADA room, don't assume that it will be there when you arrive. They apparently overbook and give the rooms away. One wonders if the people they give the room to actually need it. Our daughter who has a corporate account with Hyatt made a confirmed reservation for an ADA room for her mother's 75th birthday (MS & COPD and cannot walk - wheelchair bound). Got to the hotel and they gave us a regular room. Cannot get a wheelchair to the toilet or even get around in the room. Apparently they do not feel that asking for a handicap room really means you need one. Manager wouldn't even talk to us face to face. Just told the lackey at the front desk to keep telling us, we are sorry but there is nothing we can do, so we left. They graciously won't charge for the room, maybe. I don't trust them on this. But hey, they are getting their payment for the ADA room, so why should they care.
