Coming to Warrington, this hotel is pretty good, with free parking. And the waiter's attitude is very good. There are also restaurants. There is also a separate cabin where you can cook. It was just that the outside room had insufficient heating and insufficient water. Everything else is perfectly fine.

Well placed near motorways and lots of parking. Bit dated but clean and being disabled the late afternoon reception staff were amazing. They were so helpful. This is really a kiddie and families stop-over for the theme park next door so evening food was basic, Good value and again, staff attentive. Overall a decent stopover and pleasant. Kids were not a nuisance as seemed everyone was enjoying themselves. If you are looking for posh - this isn't for you - buy as a decent medium cost stay with brilliant stuff, happy to book again. Very disabled wheelchair friendly and accessible. Good WiFi and lovely views out of most windows.

We stayed in the princess suite which my grand daughter was delighted with. The hotel staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us the lady on reception was great and very helpful and friendly. We stayed for the stay and play and I've got to say the team who run the entertainment were fantastic we had a ball and we will be returning thankyou for a lovely stay.

We stayed for 1 night, 2 adults 2 children. A cabin type accommodation fun every you need for a sort stay, only downfall the bed was horrible, queen bed and bunk beds we all didn't have a good night. Need to invest in new mattress

I have stayed here once before, this time it was booked by my company as there were few rooms available in the area, I was pleasantly surprised, staff were very friendly, room was OK, could have don with a refresh on the decoration and the sink was cracked quite badly in room 130 which I had, breakfast was not the best I have had but was just about OK. I would say its great for families and children would have a lot of fun there, just needs a bit of tidying and breakfast improving.

No top up milk or coffee 3 people stay two nights only 2 cups no making bed or top ups milk coffee tea executive room! Food in dining area disgusting tables dirty cleaned then sticky really bad

The bathroom was really cold. The towel rail didn't work. One of the USB chargers also didn't work in the lodge. Didn't realise I'd be on what is effectively a sofa bed within the lodge. Not very well lit when returning after dark. Parking at the actual hotel was almost impossible - fortunately there is a huge car park very nearby.

I have been staying here for years on business as the hotel offers good value for money (outside the school holidays) but the rooms inside the main hotel are now looking very tired and are in need of renovating
