Great location of the motel. Clean and convenient. Rooms in process of being upgraded.

I'm so glad I was booked here. I was talking to Jo on the phone to see if an early check-in was possible as we arrived early. While the rooms weren't available Jo went above an beyond to get them ready as soon as possible (thank you cleaning staff as well). Then, when we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely Leonie. Her bubbly and enthusiastic personality really made us feel welcome and we didn't feel like just another customer. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jo who was equally the same. I think my mood went from 70%-100% thanks to these folks :) The rooms we stayed in are refurbished and I understand they are focusing hard on completing other rooms to get them up to a "Jo" standard. A fresh lick of paint, modern TV, nice wood look flooring and a bed that has a nice throw on it, these are all things that make it feel homely. The cleaning staff do an amazing job on making sure the rooms are clean and very presentable. Wifi is great and yes it works. Nice products in the bathroom and a shower that offers rain/standard shower heads. They offer complimentary bottles of water, milk, hot choc, bickies and can offer cutlery on request. Minimal road noise and I like the rooms don't adjoin with a door. The decor is great and gives a warm modern feel along with comfy chairs and a decent working space. To put it simply, I would rather stay here than one of the big chains. It's run by hard working staff who I can only assume enjoy their work. These properties can be hard to find and in future, Jackie Howe Motel will be my preference and suggestion to anyone staying in Warwick. Thank you Jo, Leonie and all other staff who keeps this tight ship running.

New owner is lovely and helpful, the place was clean and tidy! Very happy customers and will stay again.

Owner/ MAnager was very accomodating and helpful

The motel has recently changed hands and some substantial changes and improvements have been made. Rooms up-dated significantly, niceties in the rooms and new owner terrific. We have stayed there for Morgan Park motorsport many, many times and will be back.

Our final 2021 trip to Warwick for motorsport was last week-end and a further stay at the Jackie Howe. Owner Carol was her usual efficient and friendly self and we will miss her country hospitality The business has been sold and the new owner has big boots to fill.
