This truly is the best motel we've stayed in. Les really cares about his guests and spoils them in every way. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. You really have to stay there to appreciate Les and his hotel which he obviously puts his heart into making it the best by

This family motel, looks the norm from the out side. Then you meet your host, talk about making you feel welcome, as a single woman travelling alone and staying for and extended time, not once did I feel insecure or vulnerable, this host makes sure his guests are safe. The quality of bedding, linen etc were new and extra comfortable, loads of strong hot water, new window dressing and furniture. Smart TV and of course a great little webber BBQ area next to the pool, which I took full advantage of. When I got a flat tyre, my host drove me to work, arranged the tyre repair (at an excellent price) then picked me up from work put the spare tyre on etc. I did not have to think about it, Les just sorted it out. And on top of all this, the place was spotless! Thank you Les 😊

Spotlessly clean large rooms very well fitted out with those little “extras” make this a great place to stay in Warwick. Very convenient for parkrun visitors. Add the wonderful personality of Les and the very economical price and it comes pretty close to the best motel we’ve ever stayed in.

My family and I recently stayed for 4 nights for the Snowflakes in Stanthorpe Festival. This place has comfortable beds and large room sizes and was exceptionally clean. The owner, Les, was such a welcoming and accomdating host. Nothing was too much, and when we used the bbq facilities, he even kindly gave us some tomato and bbq sauce. I highly recommend staying here, I know we will definitely be back. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Country Rose Motel is a credit to the owner. What makes this place stand out is the extra touches - additional wall plugs for charging, proper hand wash, off the hook shower, kitchenette and even a dog blanket for our dog to save ours getting dirty. Much appreciated in the rain! The allotted grassed area was very close by and contained a pooper scooper and bin. The owner was welcoming and the room was very comfortable and clean. We stayed in a few motels on our road trip and this was definitely the best by far!

Great place to stay. Clean room and comfy bed. Good selection of tea and coffee. The fridge was a bonus too. Parking directly outside the room. Located a short drive from the town. Near the main road where lorries pass 24 hours a day so can be noisy but didn’t bother me.

We visited this motel a few years ago, for the same weekend, and everything was just Ok, nothing special. This time, we were delighted by the service from Les. The rooms are immaculate, linen better than we would have at home, great pillows, and all the other supplied facilities were excellent. Would heartily recommend a stay here, and would not hesitate to return. The gardens and pool were great too. Les, you are a star!

We'd been on the road for 11 weeks, staying at everything from 5 star to 3 star hotels and Airbnb's when we checked into the Country Rose. The owner/manager was the nicest and most accommodating person we've ever met - clearly in the right biz! The room wasn't fancy, but it was terrific. Everything looked new, the room had great amenities and was really comfy, and it was absolutely spotless. This little gem was far and away the best place we'd stayed in for the past many weeks and we'd recommend it to anyone. PS - the cinnamon buns are awesome!
