I’m writing this review on a beautiful March morning, sitting on the back porch of the WVB&B, in an Adirondack chair piled with comfortable pillows, the sunlight and a cool breeze streaming in. My husband and I just finished a delicious breakfast prepared by our absolutely lovely host, Loretta. We woke up this morning in a spacious King-sized bed made up with the softest sheets I’ve ever slept in, after a great night out at Drowned Lands brewery. We arrived yesterday to Loretta greeting us at the door like family friends. If you are looking for a B&B experience straight out of a Hallmark movie and don’t think it exists, you need to come here. Absolute perfection. Thank you, Loretta!

My sister and I returned to the Warwick Valley Bed and Breakfast for probably our 5th time. This time, however, we visited during Chris**as week, and needless to say, Loretta had the B&B decorated beautifully for the holidays. It was such a nice break from the hustle and bustle of preparing for Chris**as to spend several days shopping in town and relaxing at this beautiful B&B. Loretta keeps the place immaculately clean and prepares the most delicious breakfasts. As always, Loretta made us feel like family. This is why we will continue to stay at this B&B whenever we're in Warwick!

My husband and I spent the past week at the Warwick Valley Bed and Breakfast along with my sister and brother-in-law. I can't say enough of good things about our experience. We had a wonderful time. The Inn is lovely and Loretta, the Innkeeper, is amazing. She does a marvelous job. She is so attentive to your every need. Her breakfasts are absolutely delicious. Another plus is that her Inn is in walking distance to the center of town where all the shops and restaurants are located. If you ever plan to be in the area, you should definitely plan on staying at Warwick Valley Inn. My husband and I are looking forward to going back next year. Betty from New Jersey

Loretta’s home is a magical place to stay in Warwick. The rooms are charming and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing! And it’s close to all the restaurants, breweries, and wineries! Loretta also shares info on what’s happening around town. 🎶 We would absolutely stay here again! 💓

This was my 5th time staying at the Warwick Valley Bed & Breakfast. This lovely B&B is walking distance from town. Loretta provides a scrumptious breakfast and keeps the rooms and grounds immaculately clean and manicured. Since this was our 5th trip to Warwick, it’s like staying with family! Thanks, Loretta for making us feel so welcomed. We will be back again next year.

This was our first time at the Warwick Valley Bed and Breakfast, and we were thrilled with our stay. From the beautiful landscaping to the comfortable yet elegant interior, Loretta has created a special inn. The (included) breakfast she prepares each morning goes above and beyond with most of her foods coming from local farmers and vendors. And there are many restaurants, shops, wineries, orchards and farmers markets-including a drive-in movie theater-in Warwick. We will definitely return.

A charming & comfortable BNB. We were in Warwick for a family wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The owner Loretta is super friendly & very accommodating! And she makes the most amazing homemade breakfasts. Fluffy omelets, home fries and baked pancakes. The rooms are nicely furnished and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully manicured. I would recommend to anyone looking for quiet and quaint accommodations.

Stay at Loretta's house and you won't be disappointed. We have visited many times over the years, and have enjoyed every visit. We can recommend the Warwick Valley B&B without hesitation. Loretta and her staff are hospitable, friendly and helpful. The house is extremely clean, the Victorian decor is charming, and the breakfasts are delicious! Drink the coffee. Try the omelets. If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway, Loretta's is a great place to stay.

We periodically visit Warwick for various reasons, mostly the people. We always stay at the Warwick Valley Bed and Breakfast, or what we call, "Loretta's". It's walkable to everywhere in town. The house is beautiful and deceptively large. The rooms available to rent are clean, thoughtful and appointed well. The beds are comfortable and the linens feel lovely. Loretta, the inn keeper, lives on site and is also lovely. She makes everyone feel at home - and yes - you have to take your shoes off by the door, so wear clean socks. The back porch, where guests enter and leave, is a great space to hang out with old friends and/or make new friends. Loretta has coffee ready around 7 each morning, and be prepared because her coffee is strong - yet quite delicious. More delicious are Loretta's breakfast choices. It's so nice to stay at an inn where you are asked what you prefer on that particular day. Too much wine the night before? Perhaps stay clear of the Dippy Eggs! Loretta says, "Farm fresh eggs," every day, because they are. (She takes food scraps back to those very chickens to eat -not the egg scraps though! It just wouldn't be right.) We have stayed at Loretta's in every season, and I can't pick the best time of year to visit. Loretta, her inn and Warwick are all beautiful year round.
