Best Hotels in Warwick Farm, Australia

We had confirmation for a 12 noon check in via email. When we arrived I was told that we do not do 12 noon check in times? I explained to the lady on reception that we had confirmation via email that it was confirmed for a 12 noon check in. When I showed her, I got a negative response. We where told that I would be contacted as to when the room will be available. We had to wait 2 hours before our room was ready, which was at 2pm. We where missing shampoo's and body wash, I had spoken to reception about this and was told that room service will drop them of to us, Well it took them 2 days to get to us after asking several times. Not a great 4 night experience this time around staying here.

The hotel itself is very good. The pool area is small but is on the 9th floor so has a good view. Gavin at the pool bar was extremely friendly & helpful. More seats/Sun lounges are needed & more shade. If the 4 cabanas were taken out there would be a lot more room for seating & a huge shade could be put up. The staff are very friendly although there wasn’t enough staff on when we had dinner. I couldn’t find anything on the menu I could eat as I have food intolerances. I had to seek out a waitress & ask for help. Thankfully ‘Jenny’ spoke with the chef & I had fish & salad. (It did still cost $42 which was the price for the fish meal on the menu). We waited for well over an hr for our meals & my husband’s was not what he ordered. Due to the fact we had waited so long he agreed to eat it. Bit of a disappointing experience. We didn’t have breakfast at the restaurant as we weren’t able to use my Accor card on a public holiday. I can’t justify spending $70 for the two of us when there’s not a lot of food options for me. We ended up sharing a room service meal which was good.

We had an unfortunate time in October 2019 were our father had to have a quadrupal heart bypass. We looked at places to stay close to Liverpool hospital. We ended up staying at the El Toro at Liverpool. The Welcome we got was nothing but AAA class, the service we got in the pub and restaurant that is attached to the motel again AAA class.The meals that we had all fresh and beautiful. To name two of the staff although all staff were very friendly Jay and especially Cassie went rite out of their way to make sure that we were happy. Well done keep up the good work. Cheers. Positives - Easily accessible bus stop right out front - ID and card details to check in so no annoying bond held - EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! The lady at check in was so warm and welcoming and made me feel like a valued guest which is so refreshing as having stayed in many budget price point accommodations over the years great customer service is definitely not the norm so I thank them greatly for that. - Excellent price point paid $85 for the night - Great standard of cleaning - Quiet - Microwave available in common area Negatives - The plastic stool was very short and uncomfortable. - No tea bags or anything in the room, says all removed due to COVID prevention but doesn’t really make sense considering everything e.g. soap bars, bed sheets, are all going to be handled and put in the room so how individually packaged coffee/tea is higher risk I don’t understand.

Excellent Property. Finishes level at a 5 star level. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking within the property. Walking distance to Liverpool Hospital. Only issues: Shower Head and water pressure - probably the worst i have ever experienced in a hotel. I understand 5 star water conservation, but the lack of flow made it difficult to shower under.

I have nothing against Ibis, having used them many times over the years. This Ibis fits the style perfectly. Small rooms with basic amenities. The usual sign about not letting steam escape the shower. Look, they are clean, have the basics for an overnight stay are generally well maintained, although this one had a few roof leaks, but after the rain we've had, not surprised. Had the usual noise until everyone was asleep. Its multi storey, and there are no lifts, but they do have ground floor rooms. Basic breakfast offering, other meals there are a few fast food places about, or the Leagues Club across the road for something better. It's on a busy road but not much road noise, in my room, but that was at the back, so that's maybe a tip, ask for a back room. All over, ok stay, ok hotel.

for australia it was good comfortable , i just needed sleep early they let me check in early. usually this chain of hotel i never stay in other countries there over prized, very basic and tiny dull rooms. for sydney however for this location it was good , does fit 3 people in one room too. still a dodgy company though , my girlfriend worked for this hotel as cleaner in elizabeth st melbourne 2012 , they always get chinese cleaners and never pay them super , just $10 hour. very unethical management and bosses as that franchise, this location i saw aussie cleaners and i presume they were treated,better.

Second stay here, and almost as good as my first late last year (room & view slightly better from 10th floor room overlooking Bankstown Oval last year, than from 6th floor on this occasion). Nonetheless, very clean room, good TV and quality in-room facilities. Water pressure good; & quality body wash & moisturiser provided in the bathroom. Once again I enjoyed the array of restaurants conveniently located in the adjacent sports club. Kevin & his colleague were exceptionally warm & helpful upon our arrival. Will continue to stay here whenever I visit Bankstown.

Just finished the check-in, breakfast should be at your own expense, so look at how you eat yourself! My room bed is bigger, I think the children can live together, the room is not very big, so there is no way to extra bed! It is very convenient to take the subway. It is a distance from the subway station. A straight street goes down and turns across the road, so you should be mentally prepared for the big bag!

Good stay. Front-end staff Anish and Ayushi were quite helpful.
