First, I’m a 300 night per year business traveler. I always take reviews with a grain of salt. I am a lifetime diamond Hilton rewards member and rarely review anyone. I give it a 3 because of the staff being so friendly. Your employees are your best asset and front line to a positive or negative experience. The hotel rooms are dated (I heard remodeled) but I was in room 202. I found trash from previous stays, lotion dispenser literally torn off the wall when I checked into the room and a musty smell in the rooms. I realize older hotels might have this but for $185 a night and a $10 fee to park (which as a diamond member should be free I would think) I would and should have stayed at the Nylo down the street. It was $50 less per night. I would suggest a complete overhaul on all rooms. I stay in hotels every week of every year. I’m sorry to report this was not one of my favorite stays but it was only one night.
