Room was dirty and smelled like smoke, the bathroom wall had a nasty stain that looked fresh, there were candy wrappers stashed by the bed and the fire alarm was covered with a sock for whatever reason, the heater/ac was broken and there was a huge crack on the bathroom ceiling

Took the family for an overnight stay to get out of the house and enjoy the pool. The pool area could be cleaner…trash overflowing and hair in the corners of the hot tub area from one day to the next….so clearly not cleaned overnight. Hot tub not very hot either . Room was fine no complaints

Booked on Bonvoy, arrived… room we were given had not been cleaned. Given another room… same thing. Finally ended up with a room next to the laundry. Declined housekeeping for our stay, asked for fresh towels after second night… given one towel for two people. Really ?? I’d go elsewhere if I ever returned to the area

We had requested a walk-in shower, rather than a tub. That request was confirmed on our reservation printout. But it was a tub...harder and more risky to get into and out of. The handicapped parking space nearest, and to the right of the main door as you enter the building was not fully shoveled out of the snow buildup. In order to safely exit our car, the driver could not pull in all the way to the curb. Another safety issue. Desk staff was excellent: Drew!
