Hyatt has a 5 star standard for consistency. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Read other reviews about place being dirty and staff not helpful! I disagree with those completely! As for being dated yes but room was still clean and bigger than expected!

We’ve regularly stay at Hyatt and always look forward to comfy beds and crisp linens. Not here. Mattresses were bowing, sheets were ok, breakfast was at an absolutely lowest level for a hotel breakfast. I’d skip. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly! Sad to say, Hyatt lost my 100% trust after this stay

Spend a couple days at the ******, the room was a very nice are to relax in-between gaming. Location and connection to the hotel is perfect.

I bought and paid for a King-size suite when I booked the room. When I arrived I was informed that my room was sold to someone else and we were placed in a inferior room. I DO NOT understand how my room was sold to someone else and my reservation not honored.
The property outside was not well marked and drove on unsaved dead-end roads trying to find parking. Only after leaving the hotel we’re we able to find a parking garage attached to the hotel.
The music from the club was very loud and made understanding the front staff when checking in very difficult.
We were very disappointed with the experience at this Hyatt.
