The property's location was convenient and the noise from the nearby freeway was well blocked by the triple-paned windows.
The property just seemed to be tired and not well-kept. The common areas were especially bad, the floors were dirty and unclean.

Room just feet fron noisy freeway off ramp, closet door broken and very difficult to close, bathroom door misaligned making it impossible to close & latch, paint on ceiling & wall peeling, trip hazzard under the carpet near bathroom doorway, noisy bathroom exhaust fan

The room was clean and very nice. All the staff was very friendly. Lots of restaurants were very close. I would definitely stay her again!

The only thing colder than the greeting we received was the temperature of the hot tub. The hotel was clean and quiet, but the door wouldn't close properly and the shower faucet was broken. The cold hot tub was so disappointing. We were really excited and made sure to pick a hotel with hot tub.

The electrical had issues, plugs, lighting. Room smelled like smoke but was supposed to be non-smoking. Room was clean. Grounds were well groomed.
