The hotel in the small town of Hawthorn is really good, located in the wealthy area, the environment is good, the overall renovation and implementation of the hotel are 4 star standard, in short, the three-star hotel in the United States is really high-end.

We stayed two nights for our daughters wedding at Bella Sera, very close to the venue. We had free shuttles to the venue. The hotel staff was very nice. There was a bar/restaurant attached, Jackson's open until 2:00 am - con: you had to walk outside to get to it, but not far. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern.

The staff here is fantastic! Especially Jordan! ( I hope that’s how you spell her name) I am in the area for work, and I had a terrible experience at an Extended Stay America. I decided to stay here for a few nights. When I got here, Jordan was so kind to me and was so helpful while I was trying to figure out a long term plan because I am staying in the area for 3 months. I can honestly say she was the highlight of my week.

The front desk employee was miserable. I can't remember a time when someone was so rude to me. When I walked in to check in she didn't even look at me she couldn't take her eyes off her cell she even left me standing there at the front desk while I was trying to check in and she just walked away no explanation no nothing for several minutes still don't know what that was about or why she was so rude to me but I ended up not even staying there because of her she made me feel that uncomfortable. It was 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon on a Monday and the night before that they were not booked full I called in that morning and asked if it would be possible to check in just a bit early bc I was taking a bus in that got there early and they said they had several rooms that hadn't even been rented out the night before and that it was all good. But this lady of course gave me a hard time. She tried to charge me a $50 early check-in fee and it was at that point I just had to go outside and sit down because I was getting ready to cuss this lady out for real but I didn't want to get ignorant so I just turned my camera on and went back in and videotaped the rest of it but I think she knew I was videotaping because she wouldn't even address me on the subject of the extra $50 and she also wouldn't take it then but I videotaped the whole thing and I will include some pictures, some receipts. I really hope I never come across this lady again whoever hired this woman hopefully will see this and do something about her stank attitude.

Booked this hotel to come visit my boyfriend working in town. Was hard to figure out where to go in but other than that everything was great! Location is right by everything! If he comes back for work I’ll definitely be staying again!

Easy check in, nice staff on reception the hotel is lovely and clean, with the most comfortable beds and lovely white bedding, plenty options at breakfast and a nice clean eating area. Wish I had been staying long. Saw a young member of staff rushing about to empty rubbish outside and making sure it was done tidily great to see such a conscientious young person.

Front desk people Janet, Nancy and Tammy could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave! lol. It was my first time staying at a Candlewood Suites, and it won’t be the last. The kitchenette was spotless and nearly as functional as a full kitchen. I definitely will consider Candlewood Suites over an Airbnb next time I take a a long or short trip. Free use of the laundry was a big plus, and the friendliness of the staff felt genuine and sincere. I had a great stay!

When my husband told me he booked a Holiday Inn, I was less the thrilled. But this is not your typical Holiday Inn. The room was larger then I expected. The bathroom was big with lots of counter space. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The bad part was our ac unit kept turning off, it was a bit on the warm side by morning. The breakfast was ok. But the staff was friendly and very helpful. They were willing to get us anything we needed throughout our stay. This hotel is located in a confusing complex of hotels, restaurants, office buildings. There is a cute little “ downtown” area with a sports bar and coffee shop it in. There is a golf course near by too. But all the buildings look the same and there is very little in the way of signs, so it can be easy to get turned around
