The hotel has a good location, but I am very dissatisfied with the front desk service. 1. I mistakenly swiped my credit card and used other people's room charges together with our pre-authorization (I went to negotiate immediately after I found out, but they explained it this way, but did not cancel it on the spot, and confirmed that the room charges had been paid when I checked in).
