The location was absolutely perfect. The building is older but the rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly too. It was a bit noisy at night because of a nearby highway but great value for money.

Nice big room with a kitchen and good sized fridge, this would be nice for an extended stay. We had trouble with the TV and they were prompt to fix it. Good location to walk to restaurants around the area. Nice people too. Pillows were fluffy and the bed comfortable.

The hotel experience on day one was made amazing. Not because of the hotel but because of the staff. The receptionist, Kamala’s customer service, professionalism, and just overall demeanor made the start of the stay amazing. It is the people who make the stay amazing. She did just that.

Booking cancelled without any clear reasons by hotel in the day of accomodation. Me and my 2 children were left at late evening without any alternative and help. Reservation was made 5, 6 months earlier, and temporary confirmed even at the Day of arriving. Horror, and terrible stress was the only experience with that unfriendlt place. We recomend that hotel to avoid if you dont have very strong nervous system.

The space is as depicted in the photos, near the water front , which is great, we didn’t like the coffee selection, cupcake and strawberry, but we liked the location , half mile from foggy bottom station and 3 blocks to George Town center , the people are friendly and courteous,, WiFi is a little weak

I’ve been coming to this hotel for over a year and seen how it’s improved so much the rooms are perfect, spacious, nice, the building has one of the biggest and best gyms I’ve seen in a hotel, hotel also has a full laundry room play room, and the staff are very amazing, good energy, very attentive, will talk with you all the employees deserve a raise who works here the house keeping maintenance, cleaners receptionist and management.
