The charm of this renovated boutique hotel just steps off of DuPont Circle is only outmatched by the level of friends and customer service provided by the staff. You cannot ask for a more convenient location. There’s the DuPont Metro stop steps away, but we find many attractions are within a 30 minute walk. The rooms are well appointed with up-to-date furnishings and design, and glorious mattresses. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free cocktail at 5pm isn’t bad either

The location is centric.

The location is okay, 30 minutes walk from the White House and Washington Square.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, convenient to travel, the rooms are very nice, clean, all the staff are attentive to customers. Even when there are many guests, when checking out, forgetting a backpack in the room Go back and get it after 2 days. The housekeeper kept it for me. Packed in a bag well. I'm very happy that I got my luggage back. I recommend that you go to DC. Come and stay here.

First, the valet service was excellent. Our car expiration did not terminate until we departed at 3PM! The room, while small, but very adequate, was on the back side of the hotel, which was quiet and not on a street. We needed some room service help when the coffee maker was not properly setup and this was done quickly and efficiently. The front desk and bell hop personnel were pleasant and efficient. We enjoyed an out-of-door light breakfast and one breakfast indoors and the croissants were fresh and warm and coffee good. We were able to walk to the White House and museums without hardship. Would we stay here again? YES!

We loved the location. It's so convenient to get to everything from there. When we arrived the welcome was great. The front desk staff were terrific and seemed empowered to act on their own initiative. The combo of the great restaurant and bar with the Bluestone coffee shop meant there were lots of options. I never felt ripped off. Also loved the availability of bicycles. We took bikes out both days and cycled to Georgetown and all around the city.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the check in process was easy and quick, and the valet for my car was worth every penny. Our room was CLEAN! I travel most months of the year for work, this was a vacation btw, and I rarely see a room in large city as clean and in such good repair is this one. The previous few nights we stayed near Princeton University in a similarly rated and priced hotel that had a 'trick' to using the toilet to give context. The view was great from our room and the Mall was a 15-20 minute easy walk. I will be coming back to DC, most likely for work, and will do my best to stay here again every time.

Very well located property in pretty good condition. Staff was not unfriendly but did not go out of their way to accommodate us. Checking in felt rushed (no one else was there) and we were not informed about some of the amenities. When I asked about the benefits of the ******* vip status, they were put out but finally agreed to give us a minor upgrade (street facing room).

It was such a nice place! The valet was full when we got there, so we couldn’t park. Otherwise, such a good place to stay!

They were amazing from the beginning to the end. My flight arrived early and they were able to accommodate me. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely stay at this hotel each time I come to Washington.
