It's quite satisfactory, clean and tidy, cost-effective, and the location is good. The service staff, including the restaurant on the second floor, are all Africans. I don't know if it's because the neighborhood is an African-American community, but the service is good and it's worth staying again.

So disappointed in our stay at their HGI. This HHI needs quite a bit of work - it was dirty and aged in the rooms. Our room had a peeling ceiling and the backboard of the bed had wholes and scratches on it. The rate was &250/night. We called to let them know we would be arriving late due to a cancelled flight, and they didn’t save one of our rooms. So our grown children had to sleep on the floor in our room. The attendant thought it was funny. We stay at HGIs all the time with fantastic results. We will not return to this one.
