Location is close to city Center but rooms are small and the hotel has an old style elevator. Ok for a short stay

The club and hotel are in the same building, so you can hear the music from the club until late at night.
However, it is good to be able to stay near the center of Washington DC at a low price.

The guys working at the desk all act like they don't want to be there and have a bad attitude. The room was clean and nice and the neighborhood has lots of local dives and its 4 blocks from the metro. There is pretty much no lobby. The elevator is very old and small so you will get stuck on it. I came in one night the comedy club was open and I was having to squeeze through people with my bags.

Clean ok, no noise. Good location. But I was cold in October. The heat was straight to my friend bed so she was hot. But how the beds were placed, I did not have heat on me. Good for a night.

Overall, I find this an overpriced hotel for the price it charges (not so clean, shabby furniture, etc). But over-pricing is a more general DC problem. The real issue I had was the wifi. One of the two nights I have stayed, the wifi was slow and very intermittent. This is unacceptable for an hotel charging these rates.

The hotel is old and the rooms are plain and small, but the bed was comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located near a Metro station. The noghtly rate was very reasonsble.
