We stayed at this hotel 3 nights and no once they clean the room even after we had told the front desk that we needed the room clean! The room smell like smoke and we decided to sleep on just one bed due to the fact that it looks like the other bed was not changed from the previous guess it look dirty and wrinkled like someone sleep in the bed and the redone the bed without changing the sheets. Really bad experience

The room was very clean and the young lady at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was not the best, but for a continental breakfast, it was alright. It did its purpose and held us well until lunch time. The location was good. We were there for a graduation at Howard and the hotel was about 20 minutes from the University

Great hotel. It is a little bit outisde of city center so you need to use public transport or taxi. The hotel was very clran and staff was really friendly and helpful. Check in was only possible after 16:00 and we had to wait for our room 20min as it was not ready. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing. Very simple.

I went there with my mom. First of all, the location is very bad!!! In ***, the transportation is indeed convenient but there is no time to ride!!! I suggest that compatriots who don't have a car don't come. The streets are full of **, ******. When I was on the bus, a *** came to harass us and tried to follow us off the bus. Fortunately, he was stopped by the bus driver. There are cemeteries all around, and no one is living. The front desk staff of the hotel is very nice and enthusiastic. But the air conditioner is broken, and it didn't work even after repairing it.

It was really comfortable to stay in this B&B. The staff was warm and friendly and made us feel at home. The rooms were decorated in a unique style and had a great view. We had a very pleasant weekend here. I recommend this B&B to everyone!

The advantage is that the room is big, but the disadvantage is that the air conditioner in one room is broken. The hotel responded slowly and it took many urgings to fix it.

Hygiene is hard to describe

3 of us stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in March 2024. Check in was easy and our room was clean and quiet. CONS: THERE IS NO SHUTTLE TO ANYWHERE! IT COST us $250 to Uber back and forth to the mall for the 4 days!! FALSE ADVERTISING! The breakfast was average.

I came to the Holiday Inn Express with two of my friends and Ibrahim, the assistant manager, was very helpful when we had some trouble checking in. He was very helpful throughout the process of helping us. Very professional and my friend and I will definitely come back to this hotel because of him.

Albergo nella prima periferia di Washington. In auto comunque in una ventina di minuti si arriva ovunque. Camera e bagno spaziosi. Colazione accettabile. Personale non particolarmente loquace e affabile, ma buona soluzione se si soggiorna a Washington. Parcheggio a pagamento (23 dollari).
