The hotel is too old, the facilities are too outdated, and the price during the stay is very high, not worth the price. The location is okay, in the city center and there are many hotels nearby.

I had the best experience at the bar during Happy Hour and afterwards on the days I arrived - 5/23 - 5/25. Nebiat and Jose were our servers! They were GREAT! They made our evenings so enjoyable. They are warm, personable and down right FUN! Thank you for hiring them!

Check out the bar/restaurant and request Mahlet for great service! Had dinner at the hotel several times strictly because of the service! Would stay here again and check out more of the local neighborhood. Not one complaint about the hotel staff.

Fabulous stay! We stayed with our 2 friend families and felt welcome and safe. Beds were nice and rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of great choices. Mahlet was our bartender at night and she was amazing. Very attentive and sweet!

The thing that made this one of my favorite stays anywhere was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to meet our needs. Kenny the bellman and Nebiat the bartender were stand-outs, and I will remember and appreciate them always. Constant interaction with the public can leave you jaded, but these consummate professionals were warm and personable.

Very clean. Many selections of breakfast. Friendly staffs. Pool is maintained well. All is good.
The only thing I would like to warn is the location. This place would be not suitable for the families with little children who are planning to commute via public transportation like buses and subways because you need to walk about 14 minutes to the subway station.
However, if you have your own car or planning to commute via taxi, no problem.
