I stayed at the Normandy in June 2021 and was pleased with my room. Service was reasonable considering Covid 19 restrictions.

Cute place, great walking distance, prices were reasonable. We didn't have the breakfast. I did call about an item that was left behind, and I gave specific details about where it was left. I was told that I would be contacted about its return once the cleaning staff were back in. I never recieved a call about its return, so that's the one major disappointment about my stay.

Great stay! The hotel was comfortable and luxurious, breakfast was delicious, and staff was kind and welcoming. It was walking distance to restaurants and the Smithsonian National Zoo, which was a major plus. Highly recommend staying here.

It was my husband and I first time visiting DC hence our first time at this hotel. The overall experience was wonderful. The hotel is super clean. It was centrally located. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in at a hotel. The pillows were fluffy and comfortable as well. The staff were super friendly and courteous.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Staff was so welcoming and friendly, the rooms are so cute and comfortable, and the location is lovely. They have a daily wine and cheese hour as well, which was a wonderful additional touch. I definitely recommend and would stay here again next time
