The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bar in the hotel was very nice. It is a beautiful place to stay and it is conveniently located.

I had a great stay. Room was well appointed and spacious and appreciated the decor of this smaller hotel, which felt less generic then the typical large hotel.. Karen at the front desk was a ray of sunshine and extremely helpful! She was very accommodating of my special requests and was always smiling. I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Viceroy hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the decor was tasteful. The hotel was also conveniently located. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Big thank you to Alesha at the front desk. Her hospitality and professionalism is beyond appreciated!

Just finished our stay at Viceroy. Rooms were large. Bathroom was very large. We had two queen size beds. You do hear some street noise, but nothing that disturbed us. Fitness room is good and you have access to free water and headphones to use when doing cardio. And a very nice feature was the frozen towels you store in a freeze that you could use after finishing your workout. Nice detail👍 There is a small cafe at the lobby that serves breakfast. Staff is very attending and smiles all the way through. Gave us a lot of assistance when we some issues with a rental car. We really enjoyed Washington, and when we come back, we will return to Viceroy. Oh, and the rooftop pool was very nice too. Not big though but nice to cool down and have a drink from the bar.

We had a great stay at the Viceroy. The hotel has a very convenient location- we enjoyed walking 14th street. Katyce was so nice at front desk and so was valet. Enjoyed google chromecast available on TV when winding down in the evening. Fitness area was clean. This is our second stay. We will be back again, I am sure.

This is a great hotel! The beds are super comfy, rooms are nicely sized, restaurant has great food, and design is cool. The staff is the real highlight. The are welcoming, kind, and go out of thier way to make sure your stay is very nice. Shout out to Katyce at the front desk!! My go to hotel when in DC.

Stayed over a long weekend to see my adult daughter who lives nearby. The property is new and comfortable. My King/Studio was spacious and well appointed. The Nespresso machine and extra loveseat made it super comfy. The neighborhood is great! Whole Foods and lots of coffee, dining options are nearby. The exercise room is tiny but reasonably equipped. My room faced another building whose "chiller" must be in the process of failing. It sounded like a jet engine starting whenever it started up. With the blackout shades and ear plugs I slept well anyway. Breakfast in the hotel is pretty limited but lots of options nearby.

thank you ms karen and ms ellesha for making this stay extra special! i was greeted by warmth and friendly smiles at this wonderful chic boutique hotel. bed was comfy, lines soft and clean. appreciate the comp water, nespresso and basic amenities. rooftop was great! fitness room was small but sufficient. would definitely stay again!
