i was lied too! i called the hotel, checked on priceline and on their official website bragging about their indoor pool and hotub. its closed! like forever closed they told me AFTER i arrived and checked in!!!!! service is very slow for check in and check out

The good: new, clean hotel with very good security. Within 5-minute walking distance to Union Market where you can find all types of food and beverages. The staff wore masks as did I. The average: free breakfast was nice, served next door in the Hilton Suites hotel. However, the breakfast offering was meager compared to other breakfasts I've experienced at a Hampton Inn. The food was barely warm, the eggs and sausages were cold, barely edible. I was scolded by the staff for not using tongs when I picked an English Muffin with my hand. But free is free. The poor: In the past I was able to choose my room when I check in 24 hours before, but the Hilton Honors app would not let me do that, so I had to check in at the desk. The hotel was very empty at the time. So, at check-in I asked for a quiet room. I was given a 7th floor room (which was nice), but it faced over New York Avenue. At night from 1am-3am there were cars zooming and revving loudly. The train noise wasn't an issue. Therefore, I suggest you do whatever you can to get a room facing away from NY Ave.

We found the room very spacious, comfortable, clean and presentable. The only complaints are, we wish there were additional glasses by the bathroom sink and found the sofa bed really lacking plus the blanket was stained.

I so wanted to give this place high marks because the staff was so friendly and helpful. But the room wasn't very clean, never had housekeeping the three nights we were there. And didn't know the pool was permanently closed until the night before when we called to confirm the room.

Logged in to website to check on reservation and saw hotel was closed. Spent 45 minutes talking to ********** via chat, not even a person, to make sure I would not get charged. Finally received a cancellation notice the day before my reservation. The communication was terrible until I reached out. Second time this has happened.

Afraid to turn ceiling fan on in the room!!! Dust in clumps was hanging from it There was only one root beer soft drink in the market section. The rest of the case was empty.

The hotel was following covid guidelines. This made us feel safer in our travels. Conveniently located close to NoMa metro station. Free shuttle service within a mile radius. Friendly and courteous customer service. First time in DC and everything was great!
