Even though the number of breakfasts is small, it's worth eating... The location is within walking distance. This is an extra bed sofa bed, so be careful when unfolding it.

While This was a very convenient location as far as Hill and the National are concerned, there was a distinct lack of convenience store close by. I did have to Instacart a few things. The rooftop bar I discovered on my last day there which made me sad, it was beautiful and a wonderful vantage point. The staff are friendly, the breakfast was meh Still glad that they offered something. The pool is outdoors, close for the winter months. The gym was nice, Would be nice if they had a couple extra stations as they do have a large space. If you have friends visiting you, they can only access the lobby on the third level. You will have to come down and meet them. The train station was one or two blocks away, Three minute walk. With that in mind, A lot of the trendy fun restaurants are in the AdMo/Logan Circle/north of the National Mall.

The hotel is great. Its in the middle of Federal Land and there is NOTHING open after 3 pm near to the hotel and the hotel has very limited food options. That's too bad because the Hotel is good and the staff is superb.
