This has now changed hands to the Placemakr group, and is probably best to avoid!! Took 45 mins to check in, food chucked over the walls, carpets covered in hair. Front door panel to enter is very hard to use and sometimes doesn't work at all! Comfortable bed though, and good amenities.

Aunque en un principio íbamos a elegir Sonder Vicino, finalmente cambiamos a este, Sonder Europa, y no pudimos estar más contentos con la elección. Está bien ubicado (en Navy Yard, relativamente cerca de Smithsonian y de Union Station), es bastante nuevo y está muy limpio, es grande, cómodo, siempre había coches Free2move por las inmediaciones con lo que se nos hizo muy cómodo el movernos por Washington. También destacar lo completa que estaba la cocina, camas cómodas, etc. Hicimos la reserva directa con sonder y fueron bastante amables con nosotros a través del chat con los cambios que necesitamos y demás. Como punto negativo es cierto que no está muy bien insonorizado, en especial respecto a otros apartamentos. Recomendado.

I appreciate 24-hour support and the response rate is amazing.
On room cleaning, clients should have access to hovers for cleaning their rooms if it cannot be built into the package.

Deck steps were a little dirty but otherwise quiet and off the main street. For the price I prefer at least one human around, and liquid creamer rather than the cheap powdered kind. A recycling container would be nice too.

Easy access to 2 different Metro stops, about 10-15 minute walk.
Near Navy Yard so a lot of Marines in the area, felt safe. Didn’t go out at night so not sure of area in the dark but definitely felt safe during the day. I would stay there again.
