It’s one of the best hotel in the whole country. I highly recommend the intercontinental in whatever city in the US after an amazing in the one in Miami, Atlanta and Washington D.C.

A very nice hotel, the environment, hygiene and service cannot be said enough👍👍👍comfortable, warm and romantic! Highly recommend the river view room (not a high-rise selection). It faces the river and has a great view. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony for free. The sanitation is very good, the environment is also very good, the dock community has dedicated security, free buses and a large restaurant area. There were slight flaws in the services and facilities. For example, after checking in, I found that slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided, and I had to call and wait for a long time to deliver them. The facilities are all new and modern, but there are minor problems such as slightly low water pressure and difficulty in closing the balcony door. The room-type breakfast including breakfast is 80 dollars per room, and it is a la carte basis, but we were given free extra portion when checking out. It was super good, the taste was average, and the variety was limited but sufficient. The $30 per day (excluding tax) paid at the store is similar to the resort fee, and the benefits include $15 per day for the mini bar and $15 per day for hotel bar drinks.

The room was very small, just over 20 square meters, but the price was close to 4,000 yuan per night. We were not provided with luggage service on the first floor. When I asked, we were given a luggage trolley. Mineral water was not provided in the room. Balcony river view room It was completely confusing. The room I was given for the first time was a bridge pier with a river view in the corner of the balcony. Two-thirds of the view was in a commercial district. On request, I changed to a room facing the river, but without a balcony. However, the room rate is for a balcony room with river view. The receptionist's attitude and indifference made me wonder if he was being racist towards me. This is by far the worst Intercontinental hotel I have ever stayed in. It doesn't live up to its name.

This hotel is by the lake in Washington DC, the room is relatively large, and there is a balcony, the scenery is very good! Outside the hotel is a bar street, various restaurants and bars, and performances, very lively at night. The attitude of the front desk staff is very good. My spoken English is not fluent, so they slow down to communicate with me.

The room size is large, the bed and pillows are very comfortable! The surrounding sanitation is great! There are a lot of options for eating: Spanish paella, Korean food, British fish and chips, and fresh fish market, Italian food, French food!

On the edge of the tidal lake, there are all kinds of food, drink and entertainment around, and the service attitude is very good. Highly recommend.
