The hotel was very well kept. The staff were very friendly and efficient and response to a problem with our tv was handled very promptly and professionally! The breakfast was very good and the staff taking care of the customers and the cleanliness of the breakfast room were top notch. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family.

Front desk Apparently didn't do the check in the proper way. Well, I got everything in my room. Decided to go to lunch. Come back cannot get in my room. To find out that they had someone else check in to my room. So have to go and get new keys made. Then later on that night the same thing happened again. Front desk would not give us any explanation at that time. Could not find us in the system would not give us any towels. Cause we were not checked in to the hotel. Then about 330 that morning. We had someone walk into our hotel room that they gave my room again to another guest. Overall just had a very had experience on how the hotel was managed.

The sheets were dirty, so I slept it the second bed in the room, as it had two. This is the second time in a week that I found unclean sheets leading me to believe that this is a policy of the hotel chain, to not wash the sheets after each guest to cut cost.

Pros: Solid breakfast for the price - The staff over the top nice and helpful - seriously staff if 5 stars
Cons: Pool was cloudy, hot tub was cold - They ran out of linens for pool
