There was a photo of an indoor pool and hot tub and there wasn’t either of those. That was the main reason for my stay. Other than that the room isn’t bad for the price

Our family stayed at this hotel due to it being the only location in the area that had a suite room. The staff was friendly, but lacking many basic amenities, ice machine, soap/toiletries in the room, sheets/blankets in the room and cups in the room. While it does appear the current facility operators are working on improvements, signage around the building would be beneficial. We found many toilets (12+) in the stairwells and hallways,

Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I was going to brush a lot of stuff off until someone tried to get in our room at 1am and front desk was apathetic and unwilling to even come do a safety check. The shower was disgusting… wouldn’t drain and the handle fell off when I went to adjust the temperature. The pool was so nasty. Construction debris cluttering the hallways. Super disappointed.

The price and location were good. Property needs some renovation and new furniture. The pull- out sofa bed was terrible.

Could not be more disappointed!!!. They gave me an "Upgrade" to this 2 room suite w/patio....I know, sounds great. First the hotel is under renovation BUT the place was really dirty, not construction dirty, just very dirty. My "Upgraded" room had stains on the carpet, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, dead bugs in the ceiling light, cigarette burns on the toilet and tub, the bath towel were old, stained and not white, the in room coffee machine was so dirty and never maintained that after running 3 cups of hot water through it it was still disgusting (see photo). My patio view of the courtyard was a nasty algae filled green pool (but at least they lit it up ay night). Then to top it off they wanted to charge me for bottled water. I've been a Diamond member for almost 10 years. I stayed 5 days, 4 nights and they charge for water.

It's in a great location, near everything and not far from the actual city of Dayton. It seems all the rooms are suites, with sitting area, butler's bar with microwave and small fridge. However, I feel for the price and the competition this hotel need a little TLC, updating. And, they also need to offer free breakfast! But, it's clean, nice atmosphere and staff very nice and professional.
