Hôtel très propre et récent. Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Toutefois nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude dans la douche. Petit déjeuner au top.

Booked a king suites room. Comes with sofa bed and a small kitchen area. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Complimentary coffee and tea station at lobby area. About 8 mins drive to nearby ****** downtown if you plan to drop by during your stay.

It's been a while. I checked into this hotel in Dec 2023. But I still remember the fee vividly. The manager charged me $32 for the minor blood stains on sheet due to my daughter's nose blood. I attached the pictures here. I was not happy and called the manager and she said it was following the guidelines and protocol and no refund. It was my first time to charge such a fee and ironically I've been a diamond member of hilton for years. In the end I complained to Hilton Corp and it sent me the check of $32 after a few months. I believe many other parents may face similar situations, not all of whom have time or efforts to defend their legitamate rights as consumers. So I tell my story here on Tripadvisor as I just did on google review. And for sure I will not stay there any more.

I would like to commend Christian Hesford. She was incredibly helpful at the front desk during the evacuation. She went above and beyond assisting me as I kept having to extend my stay due to the evacuation from the Davis Creek fire. She always had a smile on her face which was much appreciated.

Amazing place, Dameon has been really helpful with my stay, if you arrive when hes there. Hes really helpful with general info and places around the area. The hotel has been an amazing stay, good house cleaning, amazing breakfast, the pool and hottub are amazing to relax in.

Gracey was great! Made everything so easy. We just showed up no reservation and she got us in no problems! So easy and the snacks were great. Would totally recommend staying here. Also super close to downtown Reno but right on 80 and easy to leave the next day.

Makeila was super attentive and sweet when checking me in. She was even incredible enough to accommodate some of my needs. Their patio is an awesome place to take a break after a long day of work. & a bonus, there gym is open 24 hours.Will be coming back again.

Andrea was very helpful. I was lost in the city and I called in and she guided me back to the hotel. When I got back to the hotel she gave me water because I was very dehydrated.
