Awesome guest services! Was greeted by Jose and chocolate chip cookies. We had special needs for our room, which he was very gracious to provide. We hadn’t had dinner yet, so he provided us take out menus - the food was awesome. Our hotel room was stocked with coffee and bathroom supplies - shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap and to my surprise mouthwash AND make up removal towelettes. It’s the little things that make for a nice stay! While I was getting cookies I overheard him talking with other guests giving them good advice about touring the town! I highly recommend this hotel. This quirky and homey B&B was delightful! It's a perfect location to the university and walking into town for restaurants & shops. Pat, the proprietor, was friendly and responsive to any and all requests. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, some with outdoor spaces and each of our bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. There were great amenities (fridge, microwave, snacks, tea, etc). The rooms could use a deep cleaning but aside from that, met all our needs. The breakfast in the morning was great (both food set- yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee) and freshly prepared eggs or quiche! The main area has different collectibles housed on the shelves. If you want a true B&B experience, this is the place!

Absolutely love the staff here! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is great. The attendant does a good job at switching out utensils frequently and is always wiping tables and chairs down. The pool is big and always warm! The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. There was a guy who was even shampooing the carpets in the hallway! That is not something you see every day. It got me thinking about how dirty other hotel hallway carpets are. Love the fall decorations out front. Great touch! I definitely will stay here whenever I am in Ann Arbor and will be recommending to all my friends and family as well!

Stayed in this store for a total of seven days, no indoor cleaning, lack of hygiene supplies to yourself, breakfast to take your own. Twice snow, epidemic and legendary Detroit security problems, basically around, happy that finally can go home

I have never stayed here before, I was very pleasantly surprised . Rooms are very clean , staff are polite and professional. Tea & Mary at the front desk have made my stay so easy. I have a temporary handicap and I could not walk up to the front desk , the GM walked out to my room and took my payment up to the desk and brought my receipt back, hows that for service. That one made me want to cry.....Thank you so very much for your kindness... The way the world is today with the rudeness & disrespect minimizing people's needs at these hotels, let me tell you the staff members here are a far cry from any of that. They are just amazing. Thank you so much to all of you.

friendly clean and extremely helpful

Because there is no twin room here, the son who is studying here wants to live together, so he booked a two-bedroom room. The whole set is 70 square meters. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom. The living room and the kitchen and dining room are connected together. It is very large and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Later, when my son went to another place, I renewed the cheap double room for 2 days. I didn't expect that when I switched, the front desk said that I don't need to change the room, I can continue to live in the original two-bedroom suite at a cheap price, they are really generous Oh, and said that check-out can be done at 2:00 pm at the latest. The transportation of this hotel is very convenient. There is a supermarket 3 minutes' walk next to it. Next time you come to Ann Arbor, you must live here. The surrounding environment is very safe and beautiful!
