Hôtel bénéficiant d’une belle situation, et d’un très bon confort général, néanmoins que l’eau soit à peine tiède dans la sdb (chambre 116) n’est pas digne du prix.

Gute Lage direkt am See , Frühstück genug Auswahl stellen auch auf Anfrage glutenfreie Produkte, mit der Bahn in 10 min in Lindau. Saubere Zimmer - allerdings hat die Heizung das Zimmer nicht aufgewärmt.

We had a great 3 day stay at the property. Very ancient building (1350 !). Rooms were very authentic, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom a bit small. Great view on the BodenSee. Breakfast buffet very nice. Restaurant has magnificent view on the lake. Would highly recommend for a romantic escape.

Die Küchenleistung. Die Portionen sind eher für Kinder aber die Preise für Erwachsene. Die Qualität lässt zu Wünschen übrig, nicht empfehlenswert. Das Fleisch war so lange gebraten dass es mir Staubte im Mund. Das personal sehr freundlich.

The hotel is a castle with traditional design. But we will not go there again. The food is mediocre, the building is obviously old and not fresh; but the management proved to be inconsiderate in our case. Here is our experience: Due to confusion, our check-out day was a Friday and not the next day Saturday as thought. And although I had breakfast that day by the office, and my wife was in the room till noon, no effort was made to alert us of the check-out by noon that day. When we returned to the hotel that day at about 430pm from our business engagement we were greeted by angry receptionists, and management had removed all our clothing and belongings from our room and placed them in our suitcases and various items in dirty plastic vegetable bins. And all these items were in a hallway whereby anybody could see them or handle them. The room was booked to others, and they wanted us out. Never before were we insulted like this. However, its important to note that we were at this hotel for 3 weeks, and paid 2,500 Euro. Is this the way to treat customers as us? Their behavior was inconsiderate, unacceptable and unforgivable regardless of booking confusion.

Not a 4 star hotel , no private beach unsafe totally run down. Not suitable for older people stairs everywhere.
