I had an EXCEPTIONAL customer care experience without having stayed at DeBary Inn. Due to unexpected circumstances my trip was canceled and Caroline, the General Manager, went above and beyond to provide support and empathy (and lots of humor!) in communicating with the third party travel site that was creating unnecessary complications to canceling my reservation. She'd never met me and she was a HUGE advocate on my behalf! I've had several conversations with her and she's delightful and charming and clearly takes tremendous pride in her Inn! In fact, she took great pleasure in sharing that she's created a beautiful garden on the property and that she's disappointed that I'll be missing it. I won't hesitate for a second to make reservations here when I'm able to reschedule my trip!!
