The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef

This review is for the shuttle service between the Marriott hotels. I spent a lot of time walking between the hotels for exercise, but that VI sun is no joke. Chandal was courteous, friendly, and super helpful when I needed her. I can’t thank her enough!!

A wonderful experience at Westin at Frenchman’s Reef. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Shanique and Lecah. These two ladies greeted us warmly and were very accommodating when I requested another room (twice). They provided all necessary information about the hotel amenities and gave us complimentary drink tickets. The entire process was extremely easy, which was a pleasant surprise after a long journey.

I recently stayed at the Westin Resort and Spa at Frenchman’s Reef and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. I would like to specifically recognize Shanique and Lecah, who made the check-in process seamless, which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend The Westin Resort and Spa at Frenchman’s Reef to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to come back

Wife and I had a wonderful time at Heavenly Spa! Jill is a fantastic therapist with tons of experience and she’s very friendly. All the staff was very professional and the facilities are beautiful!! Shout-out to Allison, Amber and the team!

This is my second time at the Westin in less than a year and I will be back in 2025 - The first time I went with my fiance and the second with my girlfriends, we loved everything about it but our favorite was the attention from the bartenders and the fun time we had at the infinity pool with the bar. Brandon and Reese are pretty amazing and definitely the starts of the place. They are the only reason we use that pool! There was one day were there was this other bartender Grant and it just wasn’t the same, he wouldn’t even look at us when we ordered stuff… it was kinda weird for 2 days in a row. Almost like he didn’t like us. Wish Brandon and Reese worked every single day :)

Lecah was AMAZING!!! She was super sweet and made check in super simple and effortless! She explained everything in detail and was incredibly helpful. She deserves a raise and around of applause 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽the prices were much higher than any I’ve ever stayed and it would have been a greater experience if it was an all inclusive…

Overall a very positive experience. Stunning beauty and plenty of nearby restaurants. Housekeeping was excellent. Some things that detracted: despite numerous signs claiming it was a smoke free property, a couple of instances of cigar smoking pool side at night unobserved or unresolved by the nightshift staff, Couple examples of inconsistencies in food presentation over the week, $ 75 per day charge on top of my prepaid vacation package, loud music on personal speakers pool side at pool side. The “bouy house”, another Marriot property limited access to a sea side pool. We were there “off- season” perhaps more staff availability - oversight at night. Difficult to understand who was in charge on nights. Lastly, little examples where paint and restoration needed.

Ryan was amazing! He made sure I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The music and scents helped calm my mind and body. He applied the right amount of pressure. The spa staff was very friendly and helped answer other questions. The furniture was comfortable and relaxing.

This is a great hotel is you are looking for a little more livelihood. The views are gorgeous. The staff is friendly. They have a mini supermarket with a wide variety of necessities, snacks and food that is very convenient. The restaurants have great service and food. Rooms are on the smaller side.
